Appointments & Visits

To ensure a smooth registration and accurate diagnosis, please bring the following items:

  • Valid Government ID: Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport.
  • Medical Records: Previous prescriptions, X-rays, MRI scans, or blood test reports.
  • Insurance Details: Your health insurance card or TPA documents (if applicable).

ICU & NICU

Strictly restricted. Only one attendant allowed during brief specified intervals.

  • Twin Sharing Rooms: Two-bed rooms with partition curtains for privacy and an attendant couch.
  • Private/Deluxe Rooms: Fully air-conditioned, attached washroom, TV, and an attendant bed.

Yes, Omkar Lifelline Hospital features a fully equipped 24/7 In-house Pharmacy ensuring genuine medicines are always available. We also have an advanced Automated Pathology Lab and Digital Radiology Unit (X-Ray, Ultrasound, TMT) for instant and accurate diagnostic reporting.

Billing & Insurance

We have a dedicated TPA (Third Party Administrator) desk to make your cashless claims hassle-free. The process involves:

1. Submission: Present your Health Card and Govt ID at the TPA desk during admission.

2. Pre-Authorization: Our team sends the estimated bill and medical records to your insurer.

3. Approval: Once approved, you can undergo treatment without upfront payment (subject to policy limits and co-pay clauses).

Note: Please verify your insurance empanelment with our reception prior to planned surgeries.

Emergency Services

In case of a severe medical emergency (like chest pain, severe trauma, breathlessness):

  • Call our 24/7 Emergency Hotline immediately at +91 8062757300.
  • Request our ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) ambulance equipped with ventilators and trained paramedics.
  • Our Casualty department uses a 'Triage' system, meaning life-threatening conditions are treated instantly upon arrival without waiting for registration.
